This year, I started formal sound healing training under the guidance of my mentor, @miyadunets. I’d like to thank @the_peace_studio for making this experience possible and for supporting my goals as a 2022-23 Inaugural Peace Studio Fellow.

I’m excited to continue nurturing my practice as a sound healer and offering sound to others this year. Cheers to my new journey with sound💆🏾‍♀️💛✨

Picked up my pen and wrote a little something about (@kcloartsy)’s latest curatorial endeavor, Unbound Narratives: Embodied Language, currently on view @atlantacontemporary through May 17, 2026.

Thank you @burnaway for providing the space for me to think out loud and reflect such on powerful work by:

I never thought I would offer sound healing with poetry but last Friday was truly a dream. I had sooooo much fun playing alongside @mrjamespoetry and sharing my sound healing practice during your poetry reading. Thank you for co-creating such a magical experience with me!

And a special thanks to @demetri.stefan for moderating and @yespleasebooks for inviting me into your space for us to vibe, eat red velvet cake, and just be.

I guess poetry and sound really are the perfect match💫📝🔊 so excited to do this again some time💛
