I’m just a woman who creates and does cool things. It was so hard not posting these last year, but now that our Black Starr ☆🇨🇩 drop is finally out in the world I can finally share the BTS. We really did this! You guys wouldn’t believe what I was juggling last year to even complete this project but I’m passionate and that fire in me including the Most High was pushing me forward. I knew I had to stay committed no matter what! And some people genuinely wanted to see this sink lol and sometimes you have to protect what you’re building… even if that means removing what no longer serves the divine purpose. Anything that brings sabotage can’t stay!

The beauty of this is, how wild something can live in your imagination, and then one day it becomes real. You can feel it, touch it and wear it. That’s the magic of vision, alignment, and staying locked in creating timeless work I’ll one day show my future kids, knowing it carried real meaning. I’ve been using my creativity to reflect the times and let’s be real most of us are tired of the forced, out-of-touch stuff out there. I’ve had some time to reflect, and I’m genuinely so proud of what me and my sister have created ❤️

Wow… This moment means everything. This project went through real warfare, sabotage, fake support and hidden agendas. There were sleepless nights and times we carried this alone. Many tried to stop us, but we stood firm, protected our vision, and kept going.

This is about Congo, truth, and legacy. Honoring Patrice Lumumba and those who fought for liberation. In the chaos, the Most High revealed true intentions and connected us with people who genuinely believed in this message. We thank God for guiding us through.

To our models your presence, strength, and stories made this campaign powerful. To our creative team, the makeup artists, hairstylists, and styling assistants. Thank you for believing in this before the full vision was even visible and lastly to our video editor @guillaumelaraa you saved the day when sabotage was at it’s worst, bringing focus and commitment.
