POSTS STORIES REELS

Before Becoming Her, before ZEYOA there was a mom who simply needed a community What started as a way to find friendship during one of the hardest seasons of my life became something so much bigger than I ever imagined I didn’t create a community because I had it all figured out. I created one because I needed one, too. 🥹 To the women who were there from the very beginning, thank you for helping me find myself again. And to every woman who continues to support us today, every new face, every friendship, and every beautiful soul I’ve met along the way, I’m so incredibly grateful for you all. You are all part of this story. ZEYOA will always be more than events. It’s about connection, belonging, and creating a space where no woman has to feel alone.

Our final stop: recovery at @plunj_boise 🤎

After a day of movement, connection, and memories, we slowed down with sauna time, cold plunges, and a moment to simply breathe. Thank you, PLUNJ, for welcoming our girls and giving us such a beautiful way to close out our Wellness Tour. 🧖‍♀️✨

And we couldn’t have made this tour happen without our driver and @ridethedynasty! Thank you for getting us from stop to stop safely and making the ride part of the experience. The moments between destinations were just as special. 🥂🚐

To every girl who joined us, thank you for trusting ZEYOA with your day. We’re so grateful we got to share it with you. 🤍

CORE & CIDER 🍎🤎 ZEYOA × [solidcore]

The word core made me think about what’s at the heart of ZEYOA. In movement, your core supports you and helps you build strength. For ZEYOA, that foundation is our community the women who show up encourage one another, and make room for someone new.

Watching you challenge yourselves, cheer each other on, and connect afterward reminded me why I started this. There’s something special about finding your own strength while being surrounded by women rooting for you. 🫶🏼

Thank you, [solidcore] Meridian, for welcoming our community and being part of Core & Cider. And to every girl who joined us thank you for being the heart of ZEYOA.

A little magic. A lot of girl power. And a whole new kind of wellness community. 🤍✨

The Wellness Tour hosted by @zeyoa.wellness brought together amazing local businesses with one shared vision: creating space for women to connect, recharge, discover something new, and pour back into themselves.

Different businesses. Different passions. One community that just gets it. No competition, just collaboration. No gatekeeping, just women showing up for women. And a reminder that the best things happen when we build together. 🔥

@jasminerosass you have created an amazing community 🤍 we are all rooting for you!

Our second stop on The Wellness Tour, and so much to be grateful for 🤎

Thank you, @alihastudioboise, for opening your doors to our ZEYOA girls and welcoming us with so much care. Sharing your space and guiding us through a private Sculptformer class gave us the chance to move together, try something new, and feel supported along the way.

As ZEYOA grows, it means so much to have local businesses believe in what we’re building a space for women to move, connect, and belong. Thank you for being part of that and helping us bring this day to life
