It’s a honor to share these beautiful moments with you. Slowing down, being silent, intentional breathing, and getting out of the city has been so therapeutic for me.

No matter where I am in the world finding a beautiful place at the beach is my love language.

As I watch this video I can’t help but to see myself there again deeply inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, and exhale for 5 seconds and repeat. Gazing at the sun, watching the subtle waves flow and the dolphins pass by.

Life is as beautiful and colorful as you make it. Though situations get tough, life is unpredictable, and things maybe out of control. You can focus on you, your peace, and the breath of life that restores you with every beat. I love you! Until we meet again Stay Lifted. -Jas✨

Making every breath and decision count. Life is precious and leading in an authentic path created just for you is freedom.

While I’ve been away healing, writing, flowing, facilitating and unfolding. I have awakened a side of me that I genuinely love, adore, and believe in.

My journey has pushed me and the most wonderful and uncomfortable directions. My connection with God has seen me through the darkest and bland days of my life. To know me is to see color, vibrant and subtle.

When I thought I was hiding I was really growing. Growing away from people, environments, and circumstances. That ultimately led me to grow towards myself, my son, and new beginnings.

I’m no stranger to being counted out, side eyed, or dismissed. This version of me has taken a stand, advocated, loved, studied, taught, and remained calm.

Some days waking up felt like a punishment but then I persevered, I fought back, and I was able to breathe again. My son has taught what true honor is and I am so blessed to be the woman I envisioned myself becoming. I didn’t know it would cost me so much. There are no true rewards for overcoming but it’s a beautiful start. Being a mother, writer, healer, and producer has changed my life and I’m grateful for the opportunities to share my wisdom and be a light on platforms I wasn’t sure I was ready to take on. Now I’m ready and I look forward to sharing with you. Never give up on you. Stay Lifted -Jas✨

I’ve been stretching a lot lately spiritually and mentally.

During the process I have seen myself shift and transition. Sometimes the best antidote to distress is love.

Pouring your loving energy into yourself, reassuring every fiber of your being that you are present and well.

These days the distractions of the world can be too much for one to consume. Loving you through the process opens up so much space for growth, healing, and transformation.

It’s the little things that add up and make an impact. This is not a challenge it’s an investment into your well being. Subtle changes creating joy, clarity, and peaceful moments.
