Psalm 127 gives us a powerful picture of parenting:

“Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.” — Psalm 127:4–5

Our children are the arrows. Our home is the quiver. And for a season, God places those arrows in our hands.

But arrows weren’t made to stay in the quiver.
As parents, our job is to shape them, straighten them, aim them in the right direction, and eventually release them. We’re not raising children simply to keep them close—we’re raising them to become men and women who will make an impact for the Kingdom of God.

And that’s what makes parenting so bittersweet: one day, the quiver will be empty.

So while they’re still under your roof, don’t wish the season away. Be present. Be intentional. Point them toward Jesus.

3 MONTH UPDATE

KETO 🥩🍳🥗 Down 40 lbs.
SUPPLEMENTS 💊About 40-50 pills a day
LIFT 🏋️💪🏻 3x a week SAUNA 🛖 15-20 min after workout
COLD PLUNGE 🥶 4 min post workout
HBOT 😷 (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy)
REBOUNDING ⬆️ (Jumping on a trampoline) 5 minutes 2x a day
SUNSHINE ☀️😎 I sit in the sun for about an hour a day.

*I got a little off track because we moved into a new house but I’m back at it.

So far everything I’ve done has been natural/holistic.

RESULTS:
Lymph nodes drastically reduced.
Pleural effusion (fluid around lungs) completely gone.
Blood is looking better than my diagnosis.
Faith in God is stronger than ever!
