There are weeks @juicemasterretreats and then there are weeks like this one with @iampaulmckenna here at Juicy Escape Algarve! I always knew this week would be special but I’m unsure even I was prepared. The guests were, in reality, the real stars of the show and ultimately made the week what it was. Beautiful humans all being authentically themselves, vulnerable, playful and just in their own skin open to all that was thrown at them. It really was the ULTIMATE MIND & BODY DETOX and I finally got to do a short closed eye end of retreat powerful visualisation which I haven’t done in years. The week just seemed to call for it and it felt like the perfect ending. We had fresh juices, incredible bowl food, we exercised, we sang at spinning, we were all uplifted each morning with group rebounding, we meditated, did yoga with the one and only @keninjoy - we swam, we chilled , we rested in the spa, we played padel, tennis and pickleball, we ran on the running track, played footie and Ultraball and smashed in the gym. However, most of all we hung out with our phenomenal tribe and it was - for me for sure - one of the best weeks I’ve ever had the good fortune of experiencing on this earth. THANK YOU to the AMAZING Juice Master Retreats Team - each and everyone one of you were, as always, giving your all in order to help others. You’re all beautiful souls and the world is a better place with you in it 🙏🏽 Myself and @iampaulmckenna will be doing a bite sized version of what happened this week for the ULTIMATE MIND & BODY BITE SIZED (details coming soon but will be in March) and will be a Thursday to Sunday! In the meantime both Juicy Escape and Juicy Oasis will continue to do their magic and I will personally be doing talks and leading the way the weeks of 17th Oct week and Nov 7th week at Juicy Escape. Juicy Escape is back after its summer shut down and it’s back with a bang! Freshly extracted juices, beautiful bowl food, incredible team and just THE most beautiful guests you could ever wish for! I love many aspects of @juicemasterretreats but the main one is how, over last 22 years, we have managed to bring together such beautiful like minded people who all allow everyone to just be themselves without judgement. Life is short and we’re just looking to be ourselves and go on our own journeys. Our retreats allow everyone to do just that whilst improving their mental and physical health. No alcohol, no highly processed ‘foods’ and no BS. I started retreats over two decades ago because I genuinely cared and that caring has never changed. Juicy Mountain Turkey will VERY sadly be closing its life-changing doors at the end of this season. We have been running retreats at this stunning rustic beautiful setting for over twenty years and, trust me, if we could find anyway to keep it open we would.
