So much of my life has changed since the last time we saw each other, but somehow we picked up exactly where we left off. Laughing our asses off, hyping each other up, and forgetting about all the bullshit for a little while. 😂

Time has a funny way of showing you who people really are. Some people disappear when life gets hard, while others can walk back into your life after years and make you feel like no time has passed at all. Those are the people worth keeping. 🤍

There’s something really special about the people who see you exactly as you are, celebrate you, lift you up, and remind you how fucking good it feels to just laugh and be yourself.

Love you, Mo. So happy life put us in the same room again. 🥹🤍✨

Thirty. A year I know I’ll never forget. This past year was one of the most significant years of my life. It challenged me. It humbled me. And it changed me. I’ll never forget the lessons I learned, the things I had to let go of, the moments that shaped me quietly, and the ones that shifted everything all at once.

Along the way, I lost a lot of people. Some by choice, and some not by mine. Some endings hurt, some were necessary, and some taught me that not everything or everyone is meant to follow you into your next chapter.

But somewhere between all of the endings and beginnings, I found something far more important.

I found myself, and that is priceless.

As I step into 31, stronger and more secure in myself than ever, I know there are still so many chapters left to write. But for the first time, I get to write them as the person I was always meant to be.

Dropping off my old men’s clothes today felt surprisingly emotional. Those pieces held years of memories, growth, and chapters of my life that I’ll always be grateful for. But there comes a time when you have to release what no longer reflects who you are. Today felt bittersweet, but more than anything, it felt freeing.
