It is ok to feel you are struggling some days.

No matter how resilient you are, there will be days (hopefully not many) when things feel like they are just “too much”.

There is an internet culture that states you must be upbeat and positive all of the time.

This is simply not true nor is it natural.

Although you want to be lifting your vibration and positive outlook, forcing positivity when there are good reason to feeling like it is too much, when you are grieving or going through a tough time, can be toxic.

From time to time, it is ok to not be ok.

It is natural.

Here are some things that help me during these days:

🙏 I know my trigger points and I try to build boundaries.

Even with these boundaries, when it feels like it is too much:

🙏 I spend a few minutes in stillness. I practice a heart centred breathing technique for a few minutes.

🙏 I share the overload with a trusted friend. It is ok to say “I am struggling” or “I am not Ok”

🙏 I cry if I feel like I need to do so. I am a crier. I actually think crying during times of burden and overload is healthy. I sometimes cry on happy occasions too btw.

🙏 I rest if I need to rest.

🚀 If the feeling persists after the above, I start lifting my vibration. Not because someone told me that “you MUST be positive all of the time” but because I want to balance the e-motion (energy in motion) and make sure I do not stay in the feeling of overwhelm or “too much”.

I have learnt (and it hasn’t always been easy by the way) that in every difficulty, there is a precious gift.....you just need to search for it.

Hi friends! I haven’t posted in a while so I figured I’d throw a little something together in a pinch. This is a small collection of #BTS from just two of my clients over the last month. 😍🤗

Don’t get me wrong… I LOOOOVE working in the television and commercial world, but corporate and digital branding projects are my bread and butter and I am forever grateful for them. ❤️

Before 2006, I had NO idea this side of the industry even existed. I thought the only options in production were tv, commercials, and film or nothing at all. Oh how wrong I was!

Did you know that both Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein used the higher faculties of mind to tap into their inner genius?

The beauty of this is it is not only Tesla and Einstein that have these higher faculties, we all do. Yes, You do too.

In January, presented at the Tesla Science Foundation New York on how we can tap into the inner genius of our children using the same higher faculties of mind that Tesla did.

Can you imagine a world where our children were able to tap into their inner genius? Powerful.

You see, the beauty of this is that adults can tap into their own inner genius too and not just children.

Just because you have never been taught how to tap into your inner genius, it does not mean you do not have it.

No matter what your past experience of life and business has been, it can change dramatically.

💥 Decide what it is that you want.
💥 Decide that you will do what it takes.
💥 Invest in yourself and how to tap into your innate power.

No matter what age you are, you can start the process of change TODAY.

Success requires that you do the small things consistently every day for as long as it takes - every day, every week, every year.

Most people fail not because they do not have the talent or ability. They fail because they quit. They stop doing the small things.

Keep getting 1% better at doing the small things everyday and the big things will look after themselves.

Look at yourself every single day and ask yourself "How can I do better than yesterday?"

Remember daily improvement does not have to be drastic....it probably won't last if it is. Aim to improve by 1% every single day and by the end of the year, you will look back at your quantum leap.

It is the incremental daily actions and improvements that lead to big results.
