Necklace by: @gemsbymla 🙌🏾 (she makes custom pieces and sources the stones herself. Beautiful work-check it!)

And sometimes everything that got you here gets to be channeled through a strangers words. ❤️

I love acting. I love good writing.
It is all so healing, and freeing to me.

Wowww! Here’s a throwback for ya! 😅

My pops sent me this photo he found at my Grandmas’ house in Jersey. Football was my life from 4th grade up until my senior year of high school.
What a time…🫠

I canceled my gym membership well over a year ago when I increased to teaching 10 spin classes a week (currently holding at 8). This post is for little Jay who always struggled with being seen, some body dysmorphia, losing and maintaining weight(a lot of which had to do with my celiac disease I didn’t know I had at the time), and battled with eating disorders growing up and into early adulthood.
I’m proud of myself for pushing though the growing pains, learning something new and challenging, but then ultimately being able to create a space at two dope studios where people can show up just as they are with what they have to give today, build their confidence, connect with community, and laugh A LOT in the process. Turns out, it was a space that I needed as well.

Learning to be present through teaching has taught me to be where my feet are, calmed my nervous system immensely, and plugged me back into my own life, goals, and dreams. I am forever grateful, and remembering to enjoy the moments and progress in real time.

***this is your sign to celebrate your wins now, not later. ✌🏾💚
