POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Got to escape a little bit and head back to the @anoisewithin theatre with my plus one bae @jay.donnell to see their INCREDIBLE production of Come From Away. If you haven’t seen this show and you live in the Los Angeles area I highly recommend seeing it. This is my second time seeing this show and this cast is top notch! Use the code Malynda20 to get 20% off your tickets! Go support live theatre and this beautiful story that reminds you of the humanity of others and how easy it is to show up and care for people in need. Bravo to the cast and crew on a stellar production! The direction was top tier! #comefromaway #noisewithin

Pov: this is your club. 💡🚴‍♀️

Not a gym you drag yourself into — a place you actually want to be. Lights, candles, music, a room full of people showing up for the same reason you are. Once it’s yours, it’s yours. 🕯️✨

Come see for yourself — first class is free at motivatecycleclub.com or on the MINDBODY app, here in Porter Ranch.

Our festival run for @augratinfilm is wrapping up and we are so grateful! Can’t wait for you all to see the full short film. Excited to be moving forward with turning this into a feature film! Shout out to my amazing DP @ryandean_dp, this incredible cast and my amazing husband who wrote this script! I’ve built a wonderful team that I’m excited to continue creating with!

Sometimes you make something you really, really hope people connect with…& then they actually do. 🥹❤️

So proud of this short film & honored to play along side of the incomparable Loretta Devine as my mama & Malynda Hale directing. We’re currently making our way through the film festival circuit, most recently at the Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival—& the reviews have been making me blush. 😊 🎬

Grateful to be part of this one. ✨ @augratinfilm

“What keeps you so motivated?” Great question. 🚴‍♀️😄

Honestly, it’s not one big thing — it’s the music, the lights, the instructor, the room full of people pushing right alongside you.

Motivation isn’t something you wait around for, it’s something this place hands you the second you clip in. 🕯️✨

Come get yours — first class is free at motivatecycleclub.com or on the MINDBODY app, here in Porter Ranch.

California film & TV jobs are on the line.

Paramount Studios has deep roots in our state. Thousands of actors, crew members, and working families depend on the work that happens here.

This isn’t about politics — it’s about protecting livelihoods and keeping production in California.

I’m supporting Neighbors for Strong Communities in calling attention to this issue and urging California Attorney General Rob Bonta to help keep these jobs here.

If you work in this industry (or care about it), can I count on your support?

Please share this post today. Our voices matter.

Thank you so much @jay.donnell I loved your class

Couldn’t book Tulum? Say less. 🚴‍♂️

Neon lights, a room full of energy, and a workout that’ll have you sweating just as much as a beach day would — just with better lighting and zero flight delays. Sometimes the vacation you need is 45 minutes away, not a plane ride. ✨

Book your escape at motivatecycleclub.com or on the MINDBODY app — first class is free, no passport required. 🕯️
