Thank you Manchester, for giving me confidence, yet a humbling experience.

I am Blessed to be able to represent my country in a sport that I love. The USA came out, and showed out! I met some great people from all over the world, and built many relationships!

Even as competitors, the love is full, and the respect is given. Hard work is truly something spoken world wide.

So cheers, to many more days of hard work. And many more competitors to build with.

Until next time!

ALL LOVE, ALL GOD ❤️

Another day, another Blessing! After a week of hard thought. The only words I can still come up with are “thank you’s”.

To the one up above, to the ones who supported me, and my coaches for getting me here.

These past 3 months have been a lot of work, a lot of tweaking in my training, and a lot of planned, thought out schedules.

I was able to see that pay off last weekend @hyroxamerica, thank you @coachbray__ , thank you @rossman for all my health and programming/training schedules. And thank you @atletsports for being the best gym around, and providing me the space to do what I do. And thank you to everyone who pushed me into this position. I’m very humbled, and thankful.

Next stop⏳, Las Vegas World Championships! I will be competing in my 2nd PRO competition.

GOHARDER!

Never knew when or if I’d hop back in the arena. I met some cool people that enjoy doing hard things. So here we are, down 1 with a lot left in the tank for more.

Jumped off the horse, never forgot how to ride.

Next stop 🇧🇷 to finish out the year.
