Another day, another Blessing! After a week of hard thought. The only words I can still come up with are “thank you’s”.
To the one up above, to the ones who supported me, and my coaches for getting me here.
These past 3 months have been a lot of work, a lot of tweaking in my training, and a lot of planned, thought out schedules.
I was able to see that pay off last weekend @hyroxamerica, thank you @coachbray__ , thank you @rossman for all my health and programming/training schedules. And thank you @atletsports for being the best gym around, and providing me the space to do what I do. And thank you to everyone who pushed me into this position. I’m very humbled, and thankful.

Next stop⏳, Las Vegas World Championships! I will be competing in my 2nd PRO competition.
