JP Idama is a creative thinker whose bold approach to marketing has produced impactful campaigns, inspired cultural trends and earned him several industry accolades.

He is the co-founder of This&That Creative Agency, known as the Chameleons of Advertising for blending marketing with culture, and the founder of CreativeBloc Carnival, an annual Gen Z carnival celebrating creativity. Outside work, he writes short films and rehearses one of his three dance routines.

He will be judging the RADIO LAIF category.

JP thinks for a living and has built a career turning those thoughts into radical, culturally relevant and impactful campaigns.

Over the years, he has worked across brands including Airtel, Indomie, 5 Alive, Kellogg’s, Oando, Leadway Group, Fidelity Bank, P&G, Reckitt Benckiser and many more.

As the Founder and Convener of Creative Bloc Carnival, he has also built a platform that brings together over 10,000 creators annually to celebrate creativity and culture.
