One of your biggest content opportunities is probably sitting in your archives.

At @thetequilareport we’ve published hundreds of pieces of content. Some are timely, but a lot of them are evergreen. The problem is remembering what’s buried in there and figuring out how to make it relevant again on social.

That’s one of my favorite ways we’re using Archie from @agorapulse

I recently gave Archie an older Tequila Report article about how to read a tequila bottle.

Instead of simply summarizing the article, Archie went through it and pulled out a bunch of different ideas that could stand on their own as social posts.

One was about using a tequila’s four-digit NOM number to find other brands made at the same distillery.

Another looked at the “house style” shared by brands from the same distillery.

Another compared the history of two specific NOMs.

Same old article. Completely different posts.

I picked the angles I liked, selected our social accounts, and Archie created drafts tailored to each platform. From there, we can tweak them, add an image, and schedule everything without leaving Agorapulse.

That’s the part I really like.

We spend a lot of time creating good content at The Tequila Report. I don’t want a useful article to get promoted once and then disappear into the archives forever.

Archie gives us an easy way to go back through that library and ask: What else is in here?

And then actually turn those ideas into posts.

If you have years of articles, newsletters, reports, podcasts, or other long-form content sitting around, there’s probably a lot more social content in there than you realize.

This is my biggest marketing time-saver of 2026.

Archie, from @agorapulse , is totally free and available to everyone, and I’m loving it.

We create more than 55 pieces of written content every month at @thetequilareport

How to repurpose that content into meaningful, insightful, interesting social media formats is a key daily task.

Of course, we could use any manner of AI bot to do so.

And we have. But it usually sounds like a machine and looks indistinguishable from the rest of the slop.

Archie is built for one thing (and it’s the thing I need):

Repurpose content for social, and do it right.

The key difference is that you set up an overall Playbook that governs your strategy, voice, look, etc. Then you just drop in a URL for a published or draft article and Archie extracts the goodness and gives us multiple options for angles. We pick the best, and Archie builds platform-specific drafts.

One more click, and it’s scheduled to publish.

Saves a lot of time, especially because Archie’s drafts (unlike regular AI assist) don’t require much tweaking before going live. Also really useful for getting more social mileage out of already-published content.

It’s totally free and it’s way better than whatever GPT you might be using today.

Another incredible tequila adventure complete ✅.

Visited Guadalajara and then off to Tequila and Amatitán to visit distilleries, eat tacos, meet tequila friends old and new, and keep learning about this magical community.

✅ Bucket List accomplished!

Presentation tomorrow in Big Sky, so I took the opportunity to do a little detour and dip into Idaho for a moment.

That makes all 50 states for me!

Feels kind of amazing, as Idaho has been my white whale for quite some time.

Perhaps cheating a little bit as I was only in Idaho for 100 yards and 30 seconds on this trip but I’m gonna go ahead and count it! by @jaybaer

Great time this weekend at @goodjuice in San Antonio. Got to see a lot of friends and make new friends. Drank some excellent tequila. And was able to hang with some of our @thetequilareport team including the peerless @tequila.maddie @keithbogart_siphappens @timtequila62 and @sipagave. Big thanks to the organizers for all the hard work. Next event for me is probably Bar Convent Brooklyn. taken in Pearl Historic District, San Antonio by @jaybaer

Had an absolutely amazing time at @cachasolmx the farm to table distillery just outside of Sayulita.

Got to go with my friends Kellen @sipagave and Michael @thetequilacop and their wives.

Was amazing to see what the proprietor James and his wife Barbara have done with this property in just a year.

An absolutely incredible experience. great raicilla, great cocktails, excellent and informative tour, and an amazing meal, as well a beautiful setting, and a super fair price.

If you’re in the Puerto Vallarta area do yourself a favor and spend some time at Cachasol.
