First bodybuilding show in the books…

🥇 Overall Men’s Physique
🥇 Class A Men’s Physique
🥈 Classic Physique

This prep tested me in every way mentally, physically, and emotionally. It took sacrifice, discipline, and consistency, but it was something I truly cared about and gave everything to. I learned a lot about myself through the process, and all the training and cardio sessions were worth it in the end.

Huge thank you to @rutgersbodybuilding for putting on an amazing show and giving me the opportunity to step on stage.
Thank you to @ryanmenno_ for coaching and guiding me but above all for being someone I look up to not just as a coach, but as a mentor.
To my parents thank you for being my biggest supporters through it all and always being there for me.
And to my friends and family, I appreciate all the support more than you know.

Now it’s time for a long offseason to enjoy but this is just the beginning. The work doesn’t stop. The journey continues… by @jayden.meadowss

Thank you, Miller Place football, for all the amazing memories. This sport has not only taught me important life lessons but also gave me a brotherhood that feels like family. I wouldn’t want to share this journey with anyone else. What a Ride. Family Forever. #22out by @jayden.meadowss
