A few weeks ago, walking around my block was a struggle, post COVID. Now I’m back to running 40+ miles a week and getting stronger. Still got some kinks to workout, but glory to God for a full recovery and being strong where I am weak. 🙏🏽P.S. I never lost my sense of taste or smell, so your boy was sleeping, eating good, which helped with the recovery 😜

“Good Energy in the room, drop the location please” Kendrick

Never been to Ventura, but with a name like Mountains 2 Beach, I just knew I was going to film the squad with some epic backgrounds. Instead I got a side of a highway 😩However that’s what makes the squad special. The location or conditions don’t matter. We show up and show out for each other. Made a few adjustments and went to work. 🏁Season Complete🏁 cc: @goodvibes_tc

Dear @nikerunning please put the pull tab back on the React Infinity. Still a fan of this shoe, but that is sorely missed 😩 #nikerunning #reactinfinity #nikela by @jaydotthomas

Reel Talk Season Finale: Joined the squad out at Ojai to capture Mile 20ish of Mountains 2 Beach Marathon and Half Marathon. Needless to say the squad showed up and showed out. Happy to play my part and capture some of the highlights and close out the season strong. Next stop: Jogging SZN cc: @goodvibes_tc #runningculture #mountains2beach by @jaydotthomas
