Beautiful morning with beautiful people ✨

Idc what you say, I LOVE LA. I’m always proud to rep @goodvibes_tc, the home of hard work. I’ve seen everyone put in the work, so I’m excited to see you all crush it! Like we say, “if you’re not running, you’re cheering.” Best believe I’m going to be out there screaming my lungs out haha

Best of luck to everyone running LAM tomorrow. See y’all at mile 19, xo 🫶🏽

When I was in high school, I would roll thru Echo Park via Sunset Blvd every single day on the bus… fast forward many years later here we are getting highlighted on these same streets… we out here @goodvibes_tc !!! Glad I got to share this moment with my fellow co-founders, captains and teammates. Let’s keep buildin…
LAM runners y’all got next!!!
Thank you to @jjeffersoniv and @nikela for capturing these moments and letting us represent our own city.

TOGETHER FOR GVTC 💙

📍Crenshaw & Obama, @wavyymarv ‘s neighborhood route and a staple during training.
Lots of gratitude for Marv and the other Captains for creating a space for our diverse community of athletes.

Images from a track night with @goodvibes_tc

Slow shutter photos with speedlite mounted as well as some faster shutter photos with subjects more in focus

Lately it’s been less shooting and more planning for life but when I can I’m trying to find ways to create. Creative slumps are hard but when you come out on the other side of it, I find that you’ve definitely evolved in some ways.
.
As the year wraps up I hope I can launch some projects that I’ve put on hold and collaborate with more friends. Also planning to run LAM so there’s that.

“Numbers are merely outputs from the rhythm of teamwork…” - @bromka

Though I ran almost the entire race solo, I never felt alone. I knew my teammates were chasing their goals, and other patiently waiting for this moment at mile 20.

Thank you GVTC for showing up and giving me this incredible energy, on this day and at every run.❤️‍🔥

Season 11 is closed. The job is done. ✔️

SZN CLOSER

This weekend we toe the line for the final races of the szn. Got a full roster of folks ready to let it rip at Mountains 2 Beach and the La Jolla Half. Beautiful to see the culmination of everyone’s hard work. Godspeed
