Breaking barriers and rising higher, here I am today, fresh from battling in the recent Natural Pro Qualifier @naturalcanada_pro_qualifier . This gleaming stage is where I beat my last competitive package for the Van City Showdown @vancityshowdown held last October - I couldn't be prouder, with the guidance of the man himself @jaws_ifbbpro
__
Yet, victory isn't always about winning against others; it's about conquering your personal bests. In this competition, I went against the fiercest challenger - myself - and although I didn't bring a package worthy of competing against Top dawgs at the @naturalcanada_pro_qualifier
__
My journey is an exciting one; For those who know me and have been following me, know where I started from. With every lesson learned, every critique digested, I tread forward, embracing the feedback from the show and my coach. It’s back to the drawing board, tightening the nuts and bolts, trimming the edges, refining the strategy.
__
Stay tuned for a remastered version of me. Here's to the new journey and unwrapping the Jay 3.0! As the dawn of new beginnings approaches, remember - we are only limited by the boundaries that we set. So here's to crashing through them, stronger and better. Cheers!🥂💪🏽💪🏽

💥 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐍𝐃 💥

Masters in Cybersecurity - Distinction 🎓

A serious career and a serious physique don’t have to compete with each other.

I built my career in cybersecurity while continuing to train, compete, and push my physique forward. That experience shapes how I coach today.

The goal isn’t to make fitness your entire life.

It’s to build a system that works within the life you already have.

Balancing studying, work, training and everything else was not easy, but the work got done, and we finished with a Distinction 😎

Long story short, we made it to the end of the tunnel.

THANK YOU GOD 🙏🏽

Didn’t bring my best, but I showed up!!!
Not here to complain, just here to evolve.
Things didn’t all go to plan… the tan, the chaos, the curveballs, yeah, I had thoughts 😅
But we’ll chalk it all up as lessons for the future.

And listen… seeing myself in those Men’s Physique shorts? A whole moment 😂😎
I loved it.

Forever proud of myself. Forever a student of the game. Slowly piecing it all together, hoping to nail it next time, and every time after that. Still chasing this beautiful side quest of self-evolution called bodybuilding.
