POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Weekend in Vancouver is wrapped up, and while this flight home doesn’t exactly hold the emotions we hoped and worked for it can never take away from the effort and execution these 3 athletes brought to this season.

Antoine finishing 2nd in an absolutely insane class D with placings 1 through 6 all being extremely talented and overall winners in multiple regional shows we knew it was going to be a dog fight. They got worked round after round and ultimately ended up taking 2nd place to an extremely deserving champion.

Jay taking 2nd in LHW and 3rd in classic B, bringing a much improved package from a few weeks back. Learnt a little more this show about his very stubborn body to take into next season to continue to bring things to the next level.

Paris taking 5th place in Fit Model C in her 2nd ever show and 1st nationals, we know we just need to bring the legs down in size and tighten up the glutes and she has a great look for the division.

So proud of these athletes. 2 shows left for the season for BTY and the foot isn’t letting off the gas!

Every year i see nearly all bodybuilding athlete raise the bar coming to these bodybuilding competitions . With all the improvements made, it only sets the stage to be more competitive.

This is Jay previously at one week out from the @vancityshowdown . The work is showing, but the story continues. In four weeks, he’ll bring that fire again to @xtremenaturalproshow 🫡🔥

VanCity Showdown 2026 in the books. What an awesome experience being back here a year later not as a competitor but as a coach. This was such a special moment as I had the pleasure of coaching my older brother Joseph for his first bodybuilding show. I could not be more proud of him for the package he brought to stage. We started his bulk back in Oct 2024 taking him to 210lbs as of Feb 1st 2026 when we started his cut taking him to 154lbs on stage. Being able the take him through this prep being aware of the mistakes I’d made the previous year and making sure he wouldn’t make the same ones having him as prepared as possible to give this show his all brought me so much joy. Seeing it pay off coming 3rd in Juniors and most of all 3rd in Open was huge. Submitting him for Open was a last minute decision which we made because of how confident we were with his package and it payed off. VanCity did a fantastic job with the show again this year making things as organized and as smooth as possible for the athletes. It was awesome being able to have such strong competition and can’t wait to be back in the future. Thanks again for all the support from family and friends🙏🏽 #bodybuilding #gym #vancityshowdown #coaching #bodybuildingcoach

@ruff_diesel made me remember it was the ART, first of all, of bodybuilding, that drew me to the gym. (And a coldly served breakfast nonetheless 😏) Now I’ve started to work on a routine too. Perhaps someday, I too, will grace a stage, and make someone else remember that it was the ART first of all. #believe
