I’m obsessed with progress. Ran 7.5 miles, then trained with @spinksjinxboxing . Every session heightens my cognition and refines my physiology. One day at a time, I’m evolving expanding my polymathy.

1% better each session. Boxing improves focus, reaction time, discipline, stress control, memory, confidence, and mental resilience while boosting overall brain function through intense coordination and cardio training.

My 4th book… this one is about POWER.

A lot of power books teach manipulation, fear or tactics. I refute all of that with one line:
“You don’t become powerful by controlling others. You become powerful by not needing to.”

That’s the core of Gravitational Pull.
I broke power down using physics, mass, distance, stability and how those translate into your presence, your value, and the way people move around you.

This book explains how real power is actually built.

Once you truly understand how identity works, wealth becomes inevitable.

Money is simply a byproduct of the value you create. It’s actually that simple.

What complicates things is identity the version of ourselves we may not have consciously chosen, yet one that quietly blocks us from prospering.

In my book, I break down how this happens and show you how to shift your identity so you can truly progress in life.

My first self-published book is here. This is for anyone who wants more out of life.

You don’t fail because you lack ability. You fail when your identity disagrees with your goals.

You can speak positive all day, but if the deeper parts of you still believe in lack, your life will always follow the belief.

Inside, I reveal the silent inner force that decides who elevates and who stays trapped in cycles. The missing piece, your deep identity!

People asked me:
“What book will help me make money?”
“What can finally change my life?”
I studied. I researched. I read everything and God gave me the insight that tied it all together and told me to write the truth no one talks about.

I used the same principles in the book to write the book that’s the irony.

108 self-help books in 45 seconds: how to succeed in any market and gain respect.

Every market thrives on scarcity. The ultimate form of self-help is becoming the scarce resource, rare, valuable, and in demand. That’s how you dominate. That’s how you win

I’m on a mission to read 1,000 books. #selfhelp #books #wisdom #knowledgeispower #Roadto1000books by @jayjnedy
