Tough session today down Lee valley programmed by @jaykils1. Session 2 of the hyrox base builder, chose to do 35kg sandbag lunges and 10kg wallballs until I was broken then moved onto 7kg. Good to train with my bro @d.performance.academy putting the work in for December Hyrox. The wallballs broke me today but we will keep coming back and try and get fitter and stronger as the weeks progress. #trainhardcompeteeasy #hyroxtraining by @jaykils1
