POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today I took a major step and decided to get baptized. Anyone who knows me knows that 2022 and the last few months have been rough for me. I realized I strayed away from God so I’ve been intentional about renewing my relationship with him through daily prayer/devotion, Bible study with friends, joining a church where I’m actively involved and making necessary changes. The journey isn’t easy but I’m committed. Thank you to my friends and family who have consistently encouraged me and supported me through it all. Like Pastor @matthewhdavis says, 2025 is about GROWTH.

Kind of surreal seeing myself on the Nike SNKRS app today with my ride or die @jayla.re 🤩👯‍♀️

Grateful to be part of Nike and A Ma Maniere’s Black Love series and even more grateful for the SoleTies Run Club community that makes moments like this possible. 🖤

@soleties.runclub creates spaces where connection, movement, and culture intersect. What started as showing up for a run became so much more 🫶🏾. If you’re in Houston come check us out 🤗👟

Kind of Chic to have girlfriends that calm your nervous system 💕

Luxury isn’t always about money or material items. It’s a calm nervous system & a life full of peace. taken in Texas by @jayla.re

Houstonians, how is your Hyrox training going? 😅

Loved this doubles workout because it incorporated all of the Hyrox exercises and allowed us to work on splits and transitions. How you divide the exercises with your partner is up to you and your fitness levels. 😮‍💨

Counting down to competition time ⏱️💪🏾

MOVE.
More than fitness.
More than performance.
This is spiritual.
This is mental.
This is soul work in motion.

It’s about pushing past limits — not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
It’s about becoming.
Becoming stronger. Clearer. Lighter.
It’s about honoring growth in every form — on the mat, in the rink, and in life.

MOVE is a mindset.
A calling to keep going — even when it’s tough.
To roll through fear.
To rise through resistance.
To grow through everything.

Because we don’t just move our bodies.
We move our entire being.
