Kind of Chic to have girlfriends that calm your nervous system 💕

Luxury isn’t always about money or material items. It’s a calm nervous system & a life full of peace.

It’s been a while since I’ve done an IG Live, but we’re back tomorrow with a group discussion I’m genuinely excited about.

Here’s the thing about lives: they’re one of the only places left on social media where you actually get to know someone. Not a highlight reel, not a caption someone rewrote five times. Just real thoughts, in real time.

We’re tackling one of my favorite sayings: “Are you your type’s type?” 👀

Modern dating standards, too many options, chemistry vs. compatibility, and real data from a year of matching people. Three perspectives, no script.

Thursday. 8pm Central. Come ready to actually join in, ask questions, drop your take in the comments. This one only works if you’re in it with us.

Who’s pulling up? 🖐🏾

Kind of surreal seeing myself on the Nike SNKRS app today with my ride or die @jayla.re 🤩👯‍♀️

Grateful to be part of Nike and A Ma Maniere’s Black Love series and even more grateful for the SoleTies Run Club community that makes moments like this possible. 🖤

@soleties.runclub creates spaces where connection, movement, and culture intersect. What started as showing up for a run became so much more 🫶🏾. If you’re in Houston come check us out 🤗👟
