Just Sold

Having the opportunity to find this beautiful property for my clients was only part the joy. Not only is this home an absolute stunner, we were able to come out on top within a multiple offer situation. By utilizing my networking skills within the real estate community, and within #Compass my clients dream home became a reality instead of a nightmare.

Who you work with matters 🥰

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of watching a plan finally click into place. Real estate has about a thousand moving parts, and navigating the negotiations and constant communication is where the real work happens. It’s a wild market, but having clients who trust the process makes the journey to closing day so much sweeter. 😊 taken in East Nashville, Tennessee by @jaylon_patton

I’ve been Jaylon’s remote marketing + branding strategy brain for the last 5 years, while also being his holistic health coach.

Somewhere along the way, working together turned into building businesses with one of my best friends.

Strategy calls, training, big ideas, random food orders, life talks, and somehow we’re still getting hella shit done 😂

Five years, a lot of growth, and millions of dollars of real estate sold later… I genuinely don’t know what we’d do without each other at this point. We’ve grown together in every sense.

Rich in life because business doesn’t always have to feel like business.

It’s wild to think about how much has changed in five years. I started filming listing videos back in 2021, way before everyone and their grandmother decided to embrace the awkwardness of being on camera.

Since then, we’ve cycled through four different markets, but one thing has remained consistent: my ability to talk to a lens without dying inside. I’ve officially reached that level of “camera confident,” which is a long way from where I started. To everyone else out there still finding their groove—keep being cringe, y’all. It’s the only way to get to the good stuff! taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @jaylon_patton

There are homes you walk into… and homes that tell a story.

Built in 1928, this brick-and-stone Tudor in the heart of 12 South is full of character, craftsmanship, and history. Original hardwood floors, beautiful natural light, exposed brick, a cozy fireplace, and a side porch overlooking the park make this home feel truly timeless.

And then there’s the surprise upstairs: a private, self-contained suite with its own living area, bedroom, bath, and laundry—perfect for guests, a creative retreat, or additional income potential.

With a fenced backyard, corner lot, and a location that puts you right in the energy of 12 South, this is more than a home. It has a heartbeat.

The definition of Home is a space of safety, comfort, and belonging where your family or personal life centers. This 12 South Tudor not only grounds the neighborhood, but sparks creativity. This is the former home of an award winning author that sits gracefully on the corner of Gale and Lealand. This is one that has been preserved to the neighborhoods traditional roots.

Come check out our open house this Sunday from 2-4.
947 Gale Ln. Nashville, TN 37204. Reach out for more details.
