Sometimes the best decision you can make is to put yourself in a room where your vision has no choice but to grow. ✨

And that’s exactly how I feel about joining Compass! 🖤

Today, I had the opportunity to attend our Tennessee Regional Sales Meeting and Fall Vendor Fair at our 21st Avenue office in Nashville, and let me tell you, it was an EXPERIENCE!

From the incredible conversations, valuable market insights, innovative technology, and marketing strategies to the amazing vendors, delicious food, cocktails, camaraderie, and fellowship, today was everything!

There’s something special about being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other WIN. 🥂

We learned, we laughed, we connected, we shared ideas, and most importantly, we continued building relationships that will help us grow individually and collectively.

One thing about me? I’m always going to put myself in rooms that challenge me to grow, think bigger, and become better.

Better for myself. Better for my business. And most importantly, better for the clients and families I have the privilege of serving.

Making the move to Compass has truly been one of the BEST decisions I’ve made in my real estate career. The culture, the collaboration, the leadership, the technology, the resources, and the genuine sense of community continue to remind me why I made this move.

And today was another confirmation that I’m exactly where I need to be. 🙌🏽

I’m grateful for the connections, the fellowship, the opportunity to learn, and the incredible people I’m building alongside.

The goal has never been just to be in the room. It’s to grow, lead, love, and serve from the front.

And baby, we’re just getting started! 🥂✨

I’ve been Jaylon’s remote marketing + branding strategy brain for the last 5 years, while also being his holistic health coach.

Somewhere along the way, working together turned into building businesses with one of my best friends.

Strategy calls, training, big ideas, random food orders, life talks, and somehow we’re still getting hella shit done 😂

Five years, a lot of growth, and millions of dollars of real estate sold later… I genuinely don’t know what we’d do without each other at this point. We’ve grown together in every sense.

Rich in life because business doesn’t always have to feel like business.

Grateful I get to build cool shit with people I love.
