Turns out puddles are a performance-enhancing drug 🏃🏼‍♀️ 10/10 would recommend. Shoes are soaked, inner child is THRIVING. 😂🌧️

We did, in fact, have a summer…. The proof just sat on my phone until the first day of fall.🙈

Quick little recap and def swipe to the end to see @tommy_gun4 @k_odie7 and @sirduzzie channeling their inner Terry Crews White Chicks at @tduzzo‘s 60th. 😂🕺🏼🪩🥳 by @jaylyn_armstrong

Embracing the uncomfortable! Running is even more of an emotional battle than it is a physical one. Add vlogging during a run and we’ve officially hit the trifecta 🙈

We’re done running from discomfort. Now we run through it. Quite literally 😂

POV: the run club bingo board said “make a vlog” and unfortunately I’m both overly competitive and incapable of doing anything halfway 🙈

First person to blackout the board wins, so please enjoy the first and LAST running vlog I will ever make 😂🏃🏽‍♀️🎥

Shoutout to @mezarunsrunclub for being the best running community! But absolutely NO shoutout to @_alex_meza_ aka @mezaruns for some of these evil bingo squares 💀

Too much sugar, a splash of chaos, and a whole lot of joy 🐣

Grateful for it all.

5 months ago I was vocally adamant I would never run a half marathon. So 4 months ago I signed up for one to spite myself 😂 Today I ran 13.1 miles and checked off my first half marathon.

There was a time not long ago when this felt impossible. And while today was HARD (no thanks to the torturous hills of downtown Austin), it truly felt like a celebration. This wasn’t just a race. It was a reminder. I can do hard things. 💪🏃🏼‍♀️

Also, please take a moment of silence for the soldier we lost at mile 6… my right earbud 🫡 taken in Austin, Texas by @jaylyn_armstrong

Happy wedding anniversary @tommy_gun4! 🥂

It’s been a wild 7 years, and with the addition of our two kiddos… the chaos is only amplifying. 😆

Thanks for always putting the fam on your back, both literally and metaphorically, carrying our crew through the chaos and straight into the good stuff.

I love you and this little family we’re building together 💚 by @jaylyn_armstrong
