Lifelong college friends who show up not just for me, but for my kids, too. Nothing better than catching up, making memories, and watching them support my kids. Great weekend in a different city with people who will always be family! ⚽️ 🏈🤞🏾

Most often it’s not the workout that gets us out of bed in the morning! It is the friendships and unspoken bonds of those counting on us to show! Squad keeps showing up for morning miles!! 😤😎 #runclub #comerunwithus #lincoln #nebraska #foryou

Had an incredible birthday weekend thanks to my wife @jaylyn_armstrong and our amazing friends and family! @trai_armstrong showed up after driving 3 hours, and we ended the weekend with @coachdj___'s daughter Leila's birthday bash - laughter and good times all around. I'm thankful for my support system and blessed to call them family 🙏🏾
