Hard truth: After 40, your body stops being yours. It belongs to everyone else but you.

Your kids need everything.

Your aging parents need care.

Your boss needs overtime.

Your partner needs support.

Everyone needs something, and you give it all.

Every day. Until there’s nothing left 🫠

So you cope.

That 3pm chocolate is your only joy.

Wine at 9pm is your reward for surviving.

Scrolling until 1am is your “me time.”

Eating kids’ leftovers because making another meal is too much.

Meanwhile, your body’s betraying you.

What worked at 30? Useless.

Energy crashes by noon. Hormones tanking. You feel like a shell of who you were 💔

But here’s what this video proves: All is not lost.

Small changes that actually fit your chaotic life can transform everything.

Working WITH your hormonal changes, not against them.

Finding 10 minutes here, 20 minutes there.

You know what to eat.

You know to exercise.

You know to sleep more.

But knowing doesn’t help when you’re drowning in real life.

That’s where real coaching changes everything.

At @bodysmartfitness we don’t give you another meal plan to fail at.

We help you build habits that work at 40+ when your hormones are crashing, your metabolism is sluggish, and you have zero time.

We’ve helped 7,000+ women just like you.

Women who tried everything.

Who thought they were broken.

Who are now thriving 🔥

Okay, I know what you’re thinking... “I’ve never lifted a weight in my life. I wouldn’t even know where to start.”

Good news.

Nobody does at the start.

Every woman you see confidently squatting in the rack once stood there wondering which end of the dumbbell to hold.

Let’s #CutTheBS on the stuff that stops most women before they’ve even begun:

➡️ “I’m too old.”

Your 40s, 50s and 60s are when lifting matters MOST. You lose muscle as you age unless you give it a reason to stick around

➡️ “I don’t know what weight to use.”

Pick one where the last 2 reps feel hard but your form stays correct. If it starts feeling easy, go up next time

➡️ “I’ll look stupid at the gym.”

Everyone’s too busy worrying about their own set to notice yours. And if you’re training at home, nobody’s watching anyway

➡️ “I haven’t got time.”

Two or three 30-minute sessions a week is plenty to start seeing changes

Start light. Nail the form. Add a little more over time. That’s 90% of it, right there.

Comment “SIX” and I’ll send you our free video with the 6 best exercises for women over 30

Plus a training plan you can start at home this week.

Your future self is going to be bloody grateful you started 🧡

Does this sound like you? 👀

You’re not lazy. If anything, you’re doing MORE than everyone else.

More workouts. More research. Less food.

And the scale still won’t budge.

Let’s #CutTheBS.

When you’re already giving it everything, “just try harder” is the worst advice going.

It’s usually the plan that needs to change, not your effort.

That’s what a coach in your corner does.

Spots what you can’t see.

Takes things OFF your plate.

Tells you what actually matters this week, so you can stop guessing.

Delilah, 38 lbs down and a Body Smart Graduate. We’re so proud of you 🧡

If you’ve got 30+ lbs to lose and you’re tired of doing everything “right” for nothing...

$This is something you never knew you needed 👇 If a pharmaceutical company could bottle what strength training does, it would be the best-selling drug in history. And they’d charge you thousands a year for it. Instead it’s free, available everywhere, and almost nobody is doing it. 🏋️‍♀️ Only 1 in 4 women over 30 strength train regularly. Meanwhile the supplement industry is worth $170 billion selling pills that do a fraction of what a barbell can do for free. And after 30, the stakes get higher every year. You’re losing muscle mass whether you train or not. The only question is whether you’re replacing it. Women who don’t strength train lose up to 8% of their muscle per decade. That means a weaker metabolism, weaker bones, and a body that stores fat more easily with every passing year. The women at @bodysmartfitness who see the biggest transformations all have one thing in common. They picked up weights. Even the ones who were terrified of the gym. Even the ones who started with bodyweight exercises in their living room. Want to know the 6 best exercises for building muscle and burning fat at the same time? Comment “BIG” and I’ll send you a free video walking you through them.
