2025 might be the best year yet…

- Started the year in Vietnam — incredible vibes as the country celebrated the ASEAN champs win 🇻🇳
- Patagonia with @jj._d (11/10 views, 10/10 food) 🇨🇱🇦🇷
- Tuscany wedding ft. @blaynewenlock_ & @patriciiaaa_ — so much laughter & gelato
- New role at blkboxfitness ft. the most rewarding moment 🧠
- Competed at @athx_games at 27 weeks pregnant (still shocked tbh)
- @rad_global community continues to be unmatched 💜 TY @officialrothwell
- Watched my brother marry his best friend — more tears (@jefferslo @louisedhg)
- Last holiday as a two before life changed forever 👶🏽
- Tin Slingers with @coppingcl at almost 38 weeks pregnant because why not 🤪 (@roguefitness x @rad_global)
- 39 weeks — final bump documentation
- Became a family of 3 🥹 (hardest thing I’ve ever done, makes competing pregnant look easy 😂)
- Kailo at 2 days old - obsessed 😍
- First coffee date, first bath time, first smile 🥹
- First Christmas as a family 🎄
- Filling our hearts with joy with all his little noises and expressions 🥹

It’s wild how life can change overnight —
from sharing a life with my partner to having a family of our own.

Two weeks with little Kailo,
and he’s already shown me a patience I never knew I had,
taught me what unconditional love truly feels like,
and slowed life down in the most beautiful way —
especially in the quiet moments where I’m simply watching him just be.
