My bestie is 2 years old today. She's the best thing to ever happen to me. We joke that my sister gave birth to my mini-me because she has my mannerisms, habits, and interests. But she is so unique, beautiful, intelligent, and full of life and personality. Time is going by so fast but I am so happy to be able to spend time with you every single day, especially when you sit by me, grab my phone, put it in my hand, and say "Elmo Elmo" so we can watch Sesame Street together.

🌊 There is such beauty in this connection to our ancestral waters. The healing is coming from the inside out. Reciprocity with our environment includes the return of the keystone species to our territories. Everyone knows that "That Thing You Do!" is my Star Wars. So it was awesome getting a chance to see it at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood as part of the TCM Classic Film Festival! Especially with a Q&A with @johnschaech and @kevinpollak123 after the screening. Also, so cool to meet Johnathon again after 5 years (in Eerie, PA)! ❤️

Bruno is finally back home. ❤️🐾🌸

Bruno was more than just a pet: he was the head of the household. Despite his size, Bruno was full of personality and intelligence...and sometimes an attitude that made you wonder where he got such confidence to act that way. He loved chicken, tortilla chips, car rides to the local McDonalds for chicken nuggets and fries, staring at you until you gave him a bite of your food, and telling mom and dad when it was time to go to bed. Bruno became a local celebrity beyond the family, and his passing was heard all over the world. Let's admit it: you were the favorite child and no one had a problem with that.

Bruno - we already miss you so much. Your physical absence is felt immensely and not hearing your tippy tappies and little growls makes the silence so much harder. But we know that you are here with us and we are comforted by the fact that Maxwell and Carly were there to welcome you over the rainbow bridge. You will forever be our "Brunesto," Nonos," "Papas," "Boy Boys," & "Doodoos." <3 We will see you again.

This is Bruno, he was my friend Jamie's dog. This was the first time I met him. Just before I took this picture he was getting comfortable and let a toot go right in my face. Anytime I went to the Rocha house Bruno would bark at me from the window to protect his family, then he would be my best buddy. The world sent Bruno off to his ancestors today and I and an entire community are sad to see him go. I hope Bruno knows how much he is loved. by @jaynic737
