Starting from scratch, they built Two Rivers into one of BC’s leading craft butcheries, earning a reputation for quality, craftsmanship and a standout charcuterie program. From house-made sausages to a growing retail business, nearly two decades of growth haven’t changed what sits at the heart of Two Rivers: a genuine love of great local food ❤️

We’re proud to recognize Jason Pleym as a 2026 BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee and celebrate the role he has played in strengthening the connection between Canadian producers, BC chefs and our restaurant community ⭐
