🎶 25 years ago I embarked on a musical journey and this standard was my first step! 🚀 Even if I can’t remember the tune, the memories remain. Here’s to the magic of music and the nostalgia it brings! 🎷✨ #ThrowbackTunes #MusicalMemories #Nostalgia #MusicJourney #HappyAnniversaryMusicalMoments taken in Bakersfield Music Lessons by @jaysmithgroup

Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen | Hammond Organ & Piano Cover 🎹

Full opera section on Hammond + piano + bass pedals. One take, 4 angles.

Originally by Queen, written by Freddie Mercury — just my organ tribute.

Should I do more Queen? by @jaysmithgroup

It's always good to double check if you still got it ESPECIALLY on your birthday!

It's my birthday today. Sing it with me in the traditional modulation of 3 keys, F major to Gb major to G major. Come on! You guys do this all the time! Feel free to wish me a Happy Birthday in the comments so @instagram circulates this video through the algorithm.

What happens after the gigs 😅

Everyone sees the stage lights. No one sees the 11pm teardown, the cables, the "why is there BBQ sauce on my Hammond?" moment.

Thumbs up though, we'd do it again tomorrow.

Flashback Friday — Via Arte Bakersfield 🎨🎹

Outdoor stage at The Marketplace, blue sky, full band cooking behind the chalk art.

This was Via Arte — one of my favorite Bakersfield gigs because you can hear kids chalking and piano at the same time. We'll be returning on October 18th. 1-3 PM.

Who remembers this Via Arte? Were you there chalking that day? 👇 by @jaysmithgroup
