Sunday Runday on a Sunny Day
@thelondon10k

Turned out to be a great day striding through the streets of London, scenery didn’t disappoint, the extra distance on the other hand…

General consensus is we’re taking Strava times for this one 😅

Enjoy the facials as always, still haven’t worked out if I love or hate this running thing 🙃

Hot day
No sleep
No taper -
Running 10k everyday definitely takes its toll on you but no excuses, just more reasons to do better next time, I’ll deal with those 8 seconds and some.

Reminder that I’m still raising money for Cancer research through Peter MacCallum. If you haven’t already now’s a great time to get behind the cause and support the reason why I test myself everyday - link is in the bio all donations make a difference 💜

Next up? September - Albert Park Half 🏁🏎️

See you soon. by @jayyyylawrence

Carman’s Fun Run

10k - 38:47

First official race & nearly 4 minutes shaved off my PB. Turns out shaving your head makes you quicker - Enjoy the facials. by @jayyyylawrence

Hyrox Melbourne 2025.

What an event, what a venue, what a day.
Spending my Sunday chasing @bensutton14 around the MCC

We kept it pretty simple heading into the race,
Target was always 1:10.

Trained hard, locked in and worked our Brummy asses off.
Despited only training together twice in the build up, the chemistry was on point and the day couldn’t have gone smoother
(Apart from splashing redbull in my face on lap 1 in the roxzone thinking it was water)

This wasn’t a 10 week sprint, it was the result of 18 months of dedication and turning up every single day with no excuses.

Couldn’t have done it without the support of my incredible sister @luceaalawrence cheering me on at every corner.

Crazy thing is? We’ve got more in the tank.

So the question is, where next? by @jayyyylawrence

1st Xmas down under with the best people, here’s to many more ❤️🎄🏝️ by @jayyyylawrence

Life’s for living and making friends along the way, luckily for me I’m surrounded by friends that might aswell be family (And unluckily for me I can only tag 20) But I appreciate everyone around me, not just the ones seen here, but the ones who have stayed true and continued to support me the whole way. You all contribute differently to making me a better person and pushing me to go further in life. This isn’t a goodbye, it’s more of a Hello Australia, and I’ll see you guys later ❤️ (Sooner rather than later please) - JL out, for now ✌🏽🇦🇺 by @jayyyylawrence
