Chilling on our living room couch with my foot propped, a wise friend told me only a few hours after I ruptured my achilles the 1st of 2024, “it really could only go up from here.” And DID. 24 was not without its pain, grief, depression, uncertainty. But ALWAYS filled with the people and experiences that brought joy, healing, and perspective. Those people know who they are! There is still some grief, and some really unexpected life adjustments currently kicking my butt (and my health). But, 2 things still continue to remain. My people. And my GOD. Still giving beauty from ashes. And for that I am grateful.

Here’s to them.
Here’s to continued growth and change. Here’s to an abundance of joy, Jesus, and fun moments.
Here’s to 2025🥂💛!! taken in ♡ My Heart ♡ by @jazneely

We are so excited to honor our Redbird Gymnastics Seniors during Saturday’s meet at 4pm. First up, is JAZMINE NEELY! Jazzy has struggled with injuries during her time as a Redbird, but has been a fierce vaulter, recording a career-high 9.825 during her freshman season, and has also represented the ‘birds on bars and floor. We are so grateful for you, Jaz🥹 by @jazneely
