Earlier this year I decided to finally start putting my sculptures out into the world, and the whole thing has already been such a wild ride.

I’m really proud of how far my work has come and super grateful to everyone who’s supported me along the way.

CALLING ALL SPOOKY BUG ARTISTS, our time has come 🎃

Join us in our bug bash art challenge, where the idea is to roll a D20 dice six times to choose for the six different categories, and combine those characteristics into one big bug monstrosity 🦟 If you don’t own a D20 dice, there are multiple free websites online that will roll one for you!

Once you’ve drawn or sculpted your bug to completion and are ready to upload pics of it, tag us @ento.clay and @jb_monster_lab and/or use the hashtag #D20bugbash2026 👻

Keep an eye out for our bug abominations too, since it would be ludicrous for us to create this challenge but not participate~

I asked @jb_monster_lab if he could make a quill out of a feather and goes and makes the most beautiful piece of craftsmanship I've ever seen???! The detail on the ornamental bits and the way the feather has been preserved and integrated is just insane 😍

I can't believe I get to have this and look at it and write with it. I'll probably use it as the pen for commission requests so you'll get to see it in person at a market soon!

Growing up, Freddy Krueger was my favourite horror bad guy. Not sure how I feel about a new entry in the franchise, but it’s been fun rewatching the classics while sculpting.
