Spooky season is almost done people, so get on that 🕰️🐇‼️ the bug bash is a halloween art challenge that we created to help YOU🫵🏽 make the horrific bug creature of your dreams. It’s a D20 dice roll sheet of 6 categories (head, mouth, body, legs, appendages, flavor) for which you roll the D20 dice six times to choose one characteristic from each category. If you don’t have your own dice, there are multiple free number/dice generators online! You will then sculpt or draw your masterpiece so that it has all six characteristics in one nightmarish bug creature… when it’s good and gross you’ll upload it with the hashtag #D20bugbash2026 so that we can see it and repost it and show your little freak some love 👻

We can’t wait to see what spooky sh!t you make 😈 comment below if you’re planning on joining in!!

CALLING ALL SPOOKY BUG ARTISTS, our time has come 🎃

Join us in our bug bash art challenge, where the idea is to roll a D20 dice six times to choose for the six different categories, and combine those characteristics into one big bug monstrosity 🦟 If you don’t own a D20 dice, there are multiple free websites online that will roll one for you!

Once you’ve drawn or sculpted your bug to completion and are ready to upload pics of it, tag us @ento.clay and @jb_monster_lab and/or use the hashtag #D20bugbash2026 👻

Keep an eye out for our bug abominations too, since it would be ludicrous for us to create this challenge but not participate~

Also, no AI was used to create the categories or the posters because we aren’t f*cking losers 💀 but if you know the original artist of the scorpion, lmk so i can tag them!

I asked @jb_monster_lab if he could make a quill out of a feather and goes and makes the most beautiful piece of craftsmanship I've ever seen???! The detail on the ornamental bits and the way the feather has been preserved and integrated is just insane 😍

I can't believe I get to have this and look at it and write with it. I'll probably use it as the pen for commission requests so you'll get to see it in person at a market soon!

(Feather found on the floor of the forest and not for sale)
