Spending my days surrounded by little hands, big hugs, and even bigger germs 🍂

As an educator, my immune system works overtime during the school year — so I keep my Defend Super Patch in rotation as one of my go-to supports. Small habit, big peace of mind. 💙💛

I finally got to see my new space today and I'm SO excited! 🤩

Starting Saturday, February 7th, I'll be offering Reiki sessions every Saturday in this beautiful room at SOL Yoga Niagara. 🌿

As a new Reiki practitioner, I'm honestly so grateful and a little nervous (in the best way!) to be starting my journey here.

This space just feels so calming and welcoming - I can't wait to share it with you and help create moments of relaxation and healing together. 💫

If you've been curious about Reiki or just need some time to unwind and recharge, I'd love to have you join me. Whether you're a first-timer or have experienced Reiki before, every session will be a learning experience for both of us! ☺️💖

Just realized 2026 is going to be a personal year 5 for me and I'm honestly SO excited!

I've been stuck in such a routine lately and I'm ready for some actual change. The whole freedom and adventure vibe is exactly what I need right now. Time to stop overthinking everything and just say yes to things for once.

Anyone else have experience with a 5 year? Would love to hear about it! by @jbeaner1986

Starting something new! I recently joined The Super Patch Company, and I'm really excited about it. 🎉

I've been using their patches myself and have been curious about the technology behind them. What really got me interested is the potential to incorporate them into my Reiki practice—I think they could complement the energy work I'm already doing with clients. ✨

Still learning and exploring how it all works, but I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes. If you're into wellness or have tried Super Patch before, I'd love to hear about your experience! 💖

Card of the Day: May 19th

✨ Three of Cups✨

Today’s pull of the Three of Cups brings a sense of connection, celebration, and emotional upliftment. This card signals a day where shared joy, friendship, and community take center stage.

Whether it’s a heartfelt conversation, a spontaneous get-together, or simply feeling supported by those around you, there’s an invitation to savor the bonds that nourish your spirit. It may also be a reminder to lean into gratitude and express love openly.

Even small moments of laughter or connection today can bring healing and a sense of belonging. Let yourself receive joy—you don’t have to earn it.

Deck: Tarot Original 1909 by Arthur Edward Waite and Pamela Colman Smith
