One of the things I really enjoy doing till this day is getting agents weekly to do a Q&A with me.

No matter the stage of your career that you are in you are welcomed to ask me any questions, it can be something as simple as an how to open up on a call, an objection, or even just a different perspective.

Every agent is different, and every agent is going through something different which is why I do it in a group setting. “A smart makes a mistake once and never does it again, a wise man watches a smart man make a mistake and never does it”

I use my personal experiences to provide them with the right guidance, so they can hopefully get to where I got a lot quicker than I ever. by @jburga_

We’re looking for motivated, committed individuals ages 18–24 who are ready to grow, work hard, and be part of something bigger. If you’re driven, dependable, and ready to level up, we want to hear from you. Only the committed need apply.

Great sales agents aren’t born, they’re developed. 📈

Can sales be taught, or are the best salespeople simply born different? 👇

Everybody wants the results, but nobody talks about the mindset it takes to get there. It’s making decisions that don’t make sense to people who don’t see your vision yet. Different mentality, different life 🧠💥 by @jburga_

Every policy has a story… but this one starts with a mistake. Because in this business, the real decision maker isn’t always who you think it is. And @gabe.ales learned his lesson 📖🧑🏽‍💼

All it takes is 1 check for it to change it all… that starts with that 1 extra dial, that 1 extra rebuttal, that 1 extra attempt to keep at it, that’s the BEAUTY of sales 1 action 1 result can change it all 💥 by @jburga_
