Special shoutout to Chev Harrison for hitting $500,000 in personal business in just 25 weeks since starting his journey with us!

And the accomplishments don’t stop there. While working full time, 7 days a week with us, he also graduated from law school Cum Laude! 🎓
Now, he’s officially signed his Career Agent contract, marking another major milestone in his career.
This is what dedication, discipline, and commitment looks like. Proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far, this is only the beginning! The sky’s the limit! 🚀

Not everyone is built for this.

If you’re ambitious, have discipline, and the hunger to create something bigger for yourself, you’ll fit right in. If you’re serious about growth and ready to put in the work, Only The Committed is where you belong. 📥💼

Starting something new is never easy but sometimes one conversation changes everything.

Hear what our newest agents have learned so far at OTC, what caught them off guard, and what they’d tell someone who’s thinking about getting into the business.
