March 12: A special one-night guest chef showcase, featuring Michelin-star pastry chef Aiko Uchigoshi alongside chef Emiliano del Frate at Radici Project.

Experience Radici’s Italian-Japanese culinary perspective with Aiko’s refined approach to contemporary Japanese pastry. Guests will enjoy Aiko’s mouthwatering dessert creations thoughtfully featured within Radici’s tasting menus. Optional wine, sake, and non-alcoholic pairings will be available and are not included in the menu price.
