The very FIRST Skipless and Ultrapitch Hardcore Scratch tool to be pressed exists now. My new independent label: @mysticweaponrecords, was created to blend hardcore and our love for the hip-hop that we love and sample all the time.

This doesn't have your standard ahhh and fresh sounds, but a more focused set for early hardcore. With its wide sample banks and needle drop sections, this is an excellent tool for live performances and production alike. Also included are 2 original hardcore tracks produced by myself. Purchase links in bio.

Thanks to @cantstop.raving and @7rpmhardkore for their beautiful artwork.

@lucapissdrunkrecords and @7rpmhardkore putting out the fast stuff making me sprint. Battle record is Weapons of Mass Destruction from @nuklearprophet and @mikehernandez1_. lots of LA Hardcore and Hardcore Junkies stuff on these decks right now.

Learn your 2 and 3 click patterns if you want some variety in 4 on the floor land (hardcore djs). I want to see more of this stuff rather than the basic baby scratch stuff. Willing to share knowledge even though I consider myself just at the intermediate level.

Thanks @swiftstyle for reviewing @mysticweaponrecords first release. Catch the review on his latest live stream show, Forever Underground 31 on youtube. Thanks to all that have purchased the tool, and to all the people who helped make it happen. If you haven't gotten a copy yet, they are available at the links in my bio.

Check out Swifts show on YouTube, Forever Underground. He cuts it up late every sunday night. He probably does the most out of anyone for the scratch community (hosting battles and reviewing vinyl like this one), so go show him some love if you somehow haven't heard of him yet. by @jd_sandman

Thank you @swiftstyle for allowing such a nervous plug to occur on the Forever Underground show last night. Can be found on his YouTube and he does regular shows every Sunday evening.

Pick up a copy on the link in my bio. Follow @mysticweaponrecords for the next one that I'm working on currently.

Big thanks to @code.adam and @7rpmhardkore on the sleeve art. taken in Pasadena, California by @jd_sandman

Still working on dialing settings for this gray. The rest have been coming out great on this newer snapmaker platform. Still experiencing clogs with some gray filaments just trying to find one that isnt going to cause problems. I have disassembled the toolhead 4 times now, and swapped in maybe 3 different chinese .2mm hotends (no official one out yet). Thank you to everyone that has preordered, I'm make these at a loss at this point.

Record: Mystic Weapon 1: Night Shine - Sandman
Beat: Follow the Flow - Level Up 35 - @molotovbreaks

Still working on my stutters. Check the links in my bio for US and International purchase links. This record has only the hardest classic sounds for early hardcore DJs to manipulate in a SKIPLESS and ULTRAPITCH format. 2 Early HARDCORE tracks are also included produced by myself. @mysticweaponrecords has only 35 left and there is still some copies for International at @ultimatehousemerchandise

Mystic Weapon 2 is coming, it will be newer, have even more stuff, and be even louder.

Patience, pre-order up on the Mystic Weapon Records Bigcartel page. .2 mm nozzles for the snapmaker you won is what I was waiting on, I found an AliExpress alternative and see how that goes. Hopefully I'll have more in the first two weeks of April.

Please know I print these in batches, custom colorways is kind of an extra thing so it's going to be more expensive. You can see that information in the variance of the listing on Big cartel.

New drops from the last week. Been in bed in and out of it for days cuz I threw my back out humping ur mom that night 🤣
JK storm fucked up my roof last week and had to take care of that B4 we got more rain and I've been losing days at a time going in and out of it recovering. Like I thought it was fuckin Monday yo, wtf 🙄

But since this first thing showed up and I had to get up to go out and get it, figured we'd do a little round up of some dope shit and shout out those guys and give them their flowers

So first up the #ViperKitten from @stopthepanicllc
designed by @sidthe3rd @djhardrich @jessedeandesigns (and one other name I'm spacing but will edit back in here after I get it posted). You've seen it at NAMM. You saw what was prolly the ILLEST DJ booth ever constructed showcasing it. You saw DJ after DJ tear it up and say it could be the best fader they've ever used. And now yr seeing it here. And it is fuckin siiiiiick yo. Shout out to DJ Hard Rich for helping me get it installed easily and hassle free. The lights on the trim pots are one of the best ideas I've seen and it glides like butter on a last tango. When I'm feeling better I'll do a proper video running it thru a cut test but so far I'm feeling it. I've been trying to practice without the hamster switch on and this is prolly the first fader besides my little portable where I actually feel like I can do it more consistently. If you wanna cop one check out the @scratchbreakrecs storefront over on Shop or at their website. No regrets
I'm giving it 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️out of 5

*Editors note - so that ran a little longer than intended and I'm close to the cap. So I'm going to drop tags here and then do the descriptions in the comments once it uploads to get around it

Going a little further into the release from @jd_sandman and @mysticweaponrecords with artwork by @cantstop.raving

*I apologize for having to use the raw audio, the recorder's line out from the mixer must've gotten hit and it was too peaked out to use unfortunately even when I tried to clean it up in Ableton 😡

Holy shit that showed up fast! Shout out to @jd_sandman and @mysticweaponrecords for putting out some serious heat with this one all around, from the layout and cover design by @cantstop.raving to the record itself and the tones and drops on here.

It didn't record where I paused and tried to come back in, so here's a little sneak peak at what's beneath the surface, and on first impressions I'm digging tf out of it. I went a little further in after I finished this and the layouts on each track are on point and few of the ones deeper in went hard AF with that gasoline FYI21 7"

If you go to the mystic weapons or sandman's page there's a big cartel link to order. There's only 200 pressed from what I'm seeing on the cover so don't sleep on it. There's also a little video they've got up going over the intended alignment of the table labels that come in there with it.

Looper in the background is Sanchez by @goldvoltron off the new 3 Headed Monster Vol 3

Mixer skin by @styleflip

Shout out to @thefeeblecuts for turning me on to this one with his session with it the other day
