New drops from the last week. Been in bed in and out of it for days cuz I threw my back out humping ur mom that night 🤣 JK storm fucked up my roof last week and had to take care of that B4 we got more rain and I've been losing days at a time going in and out of it recovering. Like I thought it was fuckin Monday yo, wtf 🙄 But since this first thing showed up and I had to get up to go out and get it, figured we'd do a little round up of some dope shit and shout out those guys and give them their flowers So first up the #ViperKitten from @stopthepanicllc designed by @sidthe3rd @djhardrich @jessedeandesigns (and one other name I'm spacing but will edit back in here after I get it posted). You've seen it at NAMM. You saw what was prolly the ILLEST DJ booth ever constructed showcasing it. You saw DJ after DJ tear it up and say it could be the best fader they've ever used. And now yr seeing it here. And it is fuckin siiiiiick yo. Shout out to DJ Hard Rich for helping me get it installed easily and hassle free. The lights on the trim pots are one of the best ideas I've seen and it glides like butter on a last tango. When I'm feeling better I'll do a proper video running it thru a cut test but so far I'm feeling it. I've been trying to practice without the hamster switch on and this is prolly the first fader besides my little portable where I actually feel like I can do it more consistently. If you wanna cop one check out the @scratchbreakrecs storefront over on Shop or at their website. No regrets I'm giving it 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️out of 5 *Editors note - so that ran a little longer than intended and I'm close to the cap. So I'm going to drop tags here and then do the descriptions in the comments once it uploads to get around it Featured: @drumetrics @thickcr8s (my bad yo, I messed up the name during the recording and didn't catch it until it was too late) @scratchvideos_ @supajoint @jd_sandman #mailday #reviews #vinyljunkie #wrecksthisdeck

Going a little further into the release from @jd_sandman and @mysticweaponrecords with artwork by @cantstop.raving *I apologize for having to use the raw audio, the recorder's line out from the mixer must've gotten hit and it was too peaked out to use unfortunately even when I tried to clean it up in Ableton 😡 Looper from @stuntsone 's Needle Drops pack on #tablebeatsapp #turntablism #scratchdj #scratchrecords #turntablist #freestylescratch #newrecords #newrelease #vinyljunkie #Vestax #numarkscratch #styleflip #skills

Holy shit that showed up fast! Shout out to @jd_sandman and @mysticweaponrecords for putting out some serious heat with this one all around, from the layout and cover design by @cantstop.raving to the record itself and the tones and drops on here. It didn't record where I paused and tried to come back in, so here's a little sneak peak at what's beneath the surface, and on first impressions I'm digging tf out of it. I went a little further in after I finished this and the layouts on each track are on point and few of the ones deeper in went hard AF with that gasoline FYI21 7" If you go to the mystic weapons or sandman's page there's a big cartel link to order. There's only 200 pressed from what I'm seeing on the cover so don't sleep on it. There's also a little video they've got up going over the intended alignment of the table labels that come in there with it. Looper in the background is Sanchez by @goldvoltron off the new 3 Headed Monster Vol 3 Mixer skin by @styleflip Shout out to @thefeeblecuts for turning me on to this one with his session with it the other day #Unboxing #newrecords #newrelease #breakrecords #hardstyle #drops #independentartist #supportindependentartists #djtools #vinyljunkie #firstlook #turntablism #scratchdj #skills #tablebeatsapp #3headedmonster #blindscratch #freestylescratching #Vestax #numarkscratch #shutupandtakemymoney

It didn't record where I paused and tried to come back in with some cuts so I have a separate one I got from the same angle I meant to that I'll be putting up after this doing a blind run through some of the samples on there. There's a hardstyle/gabber kick in there that's sick for some open fader stuff and drum scratches and as far as I got into it so far it's 🔥🔥🔥 If you go to the mystic weapons or sandman's page there's a big cartel link to order. New tracks from Los Angeles based @jd_sandman are recorded on the inner bands of Mystic Weapon 1 with digital mastering from @steve_fiend and vinyl mastering from craftsmen in the Netherlands. On the outer bands Mystic Weapon 1 is an early hardcore DJ tool with a variety of synths, stabs, and vocals to chop up. Every aspect was considered and planned around to make an efficient tool for the hardcore turntablist. The smaller 75mm label allows you to put your hand closer to the spindle while scratching to maximize articulation while minimizing record hand effort. Sticker sheet includes 75mm "over labels" to clock the scratch sounds to the various points of the Mystic Weapon logo artwork, making sure you never lose your place. This 12 inch colored pressing weighs in at 140g vinyl to keep your hands moving fast and accurate while you practice or perform. Real artists are behind this entire project. Not a single bit of AI was used. And every Mystic Weapon release will keep it that way, supporting the artists anyway I can. Links in Bio for purchase options in US and International. Thanks for the support - Sandman.
