Such a fun night celebrating Emily and Garret getting married. The venue was super cute. Perfect for the size of their wedding. taken in Hidden Creek Farm Weddings & Events by @jdlowe72

Crazy to think we have been doing this Peloton life for 4 years today! It’s definitely been a game changer in our health, fitness and life! So thankful I didn’t listen to Jeff when he said we had a stationary bike we didn’t need the the peloton bike. Now we have 3 bikes, 2 treads and the rower. 🤣 #Peloton by @jdlowe72

9 miles this morning. We got a later start then I wanted . Somebodies heart rate was high and it wasn’t mine for the first time. So we took it easy. It was hot! I’m ready for cooler temps! @jdlowe72 taken in Shelby Farms Greenline by @jdlowe72

First photo dump of the 💜4th Annual Dopey Lake Trip💚!

Day 1 started with what any Dopey-related gathering consists of - a run!

This was my first run since the Dollywood Half Marathon Weekend in April and it felt okay. There were good “in the flow” moments as well as “this sucks” moments - but at least it was relatively entertaining.

@duwhit “Whitney Walked” circles around me, we had some great views (with a character stop!), and I finally broke in my new Asics NovaBlast 6 from @central_ekiden !

It was a nice little start to our trip and is hopefully the start of getting out of some run-related burnout post Perfect Season. Thankful for friends that will drag you out to get it done!

16 years and this is the first snake we have seen in the water while we were on the boat. Well… Whitney and Taylor were floating and started screaming snake…. And we have always said…. If it floats get your ass in the boat! Taylor listened! 🤷🏻‍♀️🫣 thankfully it wasn’t aggressive and wasn’t in our cove. 😳 taken in Greers Ferry, Arkansas by @jdlowe72
