What a journey it’s taken to get here. March 26, 2025 was my first day at Austin Infiniti as a technician. I’ll forever remember that day because of what it took for me to get there. The adversities I’ve had to face over the last 2+ years to get to this point were a lot and I’ve over came all of them.

2 years ago when I moved back to Austin, I had nothing. No apartment, no car, no money, literally had to rebuild my entire life after losing everything. I had to work hard to start my entire life over again after leaving my abusive relationship in Atlanta on November 23, 2022. I never could have imagined that life would take me on this journey. The universe had a plan and I’m so thankful and grateful that no matter what, I listened to my heart, I followed the signs the universe was giving me and I pursed a dream I didn’t even know I had.

It all started with a car. I bought my completely stock 2009 Infiniti G37x coupe in August of 2023. You know that song that says “The day that I met you I started dreaming”, well that perfectly describes how I feel when I look at my car. I started dreaming of what I could turn that car into. Never in my life did I think that my love and passion for my car would ignite my passion for building cars. I found a community I love. I started learning how to work on cars when I encountered my first big problem on the G. My life forever changed the moment I started turning that first ratchet. I’m so thankful for the friends I’ve made along the way in the car community who have taught me so much and helped me get to the point I’m at today with mechanics and just with my car in general. Yall just don’t understand the impact each of yall have made on myself and my life.

To all the little girls and women reading this, just know you CAN do it. You CAN learn. You CAN overcome. You CAN live out your dream. Just don’t give up EVER.

💚🫶🏻

Literally will never understand why women get so much hate in the automotive industry 🙃

But anyways here’s me mounting a tire effortlessly, something I struggled with when I first started working at Infiniti. Now, I don’t dread recommending tires. I learned from the awesome men I work with who have been doing this way longer than me 💚 they support me cause we’re a team.

✨🎉THIRTY FINE BABYYYY🎉✨
35 years in the universe 🥳. I feel as if I’m aging backwards though lol what a life I’ve lived 🥰 I’m so incredibly thankful for another year around the sun and being able to enjoy life the way I do. I feel blessed and thankful for all the people around me who make life more valuable. I feel so loved today. 🥰🥰🥰
