Save this sneaky-hard drill that is ohhhh-so good for your press handstand training! Try these toe-to-wrist taps from an elevated platform on your next gym day - one of my favorite ways to build press handstand strength, COMPRESSION + control.

This drill builds:
— compression strength
— shoulder stability
— balance awareness
— controlled weight transfer for presses + float-ups

After taking some time off from a regular teaching schedule for training + self-study….I’m baaaaack!

I’m thrilled to announce I’ll be teaching Heated Seven Doorways Vinyasa at Namaha Yoga starting Monday, Jan. 5th!
🗓 Mondays • Thursdays • Saturdays
⏰ 9am

This class is an invitation to breathe deeper, move with intention and remember how strong and capable you already are….one doorway at a time.

I’m so excited and grateful to share what I love with you + our community. Come sweat, breathe and meet yourself on the mat. Let’s grow together.
