3 Questions with Emily from @jecobowl - queen of pancakes, smoothies, & healthy bowls:

🌴What is your favourite thing about trading at festivals?
☀️ We love the atmosphere, it’s so amazing being around all the music, people and activities. But mostly, it is so much fun being at festivals with the Jeco Bowl Team (many of them are friends!). It makes my summer so enjoyable!

🌴 How do you prepare for the unpredictable nature of festivals, like weather changes or crowd size?
☀️ You just have to be very adaptable in the moment. Sometimes it’s very unpredictable, and you can get caught out, but it is just about being able to keep calm and make quick decisions. We have learned to delegate tasks to the Team so that you can focus on managing the operation as a whole.

🌴 Can you tell me about your very first festival experience—how did it go?
☀️ Our first festival experience was an event in Windsor - we were so so busy and my co-founder Jess and I spent half the time running around shops picking up extra stock and trying to manage the queues. Lots of things broke down, such as the blenders, so we quickly learned that you always have to have multiple back ups. We got through it all and we were so proud of ourselves! taken in Isle of Wight Festival by @jecobowl

From a dream to reality: Meet Jeco Bowl! 🌴✨ Born during a Covid brainstorm and brought to life in 2021, Emily and Jess transformed a humble horsebox into a vibrant slice of paradise on wheels.

Inspired by their travels to Australia and Asia, they set out to bring a laid-back, healthy eating vibe to the UK festival scene.
Their trailer is now a beachy haven serving thick, fruity smoothies, vibrant açaí bowls, and fluffy pancake stacks. 🥥🍓 All 100% vegan and always gluten-free.

Two of our favourite crowd-pleasers? The La Palma pancake stack, with chocolate, hazelnut sauce, banana & cacao nibs - and the Komodo pancake stack, with maple syrup, strawberry, blueberry. 🤤 by @jecobowl
