🔗 Link in Bio Please enjoy this masterful 3hr recording from one of the true pillars and architects of the West Coast acid house movement. Recorded live at Desert Groove #3 during an amazing sunset at Mas 'O Menos in Joshua Tree, DJ Garth delivers the kind of psychedelic sorcery that only a genuine master with more than 35 years behind the decks can summon. From the legendary Wicked Full Moon parties of San Francisco to the world's most respected clubs and darkest underground dance floors, Garth has long since earned his place in dance music history. Yet he continues to approach every set with the same curiosity, craftsmanship, and passion that made him a legend in the first place. There's no chasing trends here, only the deepest house music storytelling, impeccable selection, and effortless mixing from a true wizard who has absolutely nothing left to prove, but somehow still throws down as though he does. The High Desert has become a fitting backdrop for Garth's musical language, and on this unforgettable day he rewarded us with three hours of down and dirty cosmic psychedelia. Turn it up, settle in, and enjoy a truly special journey from one of house music's finest. taken in Más o Menos by @jeffjamonit

@joshuatreeyogafestival sustainability isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we practice. Thanks to @ecoboom our entire 3 day festival was powered with clean, solar energy! With only 17 gallons of biodiesel burned ALL WEEKEND!! 🤯🤯 17 gallons. That’s it. For perspective, a festival of this size could easily burn hundreds of gallons of fuel running generators all weekend. We believe gathering in the desert comes with a responsibility to care for the land that holds us. Less fuel. More sun. More intention. This is what conscious festival production can look like! Be the change! DROP IN + VIBE OUT APRIL 22nd-25th, 2027 Powered by @ecoboom #cleanenergy #festival #music #yoga #production by @jeffjamonit

DESERT GROOVE #4 // SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT We’re proud to announce that Jason Blakemore (DJ TRANCE) has agreed to come out of retirement for one night only at Desert Groove #4 on Saturday, November 7 at Mas o Menos in Joshua Tree. This is the same Jason Blakemore who invented the 4/4 beat, bassline, sampler, keyboard, and according to sources familiar with the matter, the computer itself. He once played an all-night back-to-back with Richard Nixon at the Watergate Hotel. He allegedly performed flute on Stairway to Heaven. He has also been credited with introducing rhythm to humanity, though historians remain divided. Somehow, between all of that, Jason also became one of the true pioneers of the Los Angeles underground rave scene, founded Bassex, Fiveleg, and Life Music, toured internationally, and built a reputation as one of the finest DJs to ever take dancers on a journey. This isn’t a comeback. It’s a rare favor to our dusty dance floor. One night only. All vinyl. 3 hour set. Under the stars.
