Almost two years ago, a small group of us went to Grand Cayman, briefly touching down at the southern tip of Florida beforehand. One of us had never been to Miami, one of us lost a tooth, and for some reason, I was the only one who saw all the cocks (something to be said for sobriety). Fact is, I’d go pretty much anywhere with these three. But facts mean nothing as we enter the second quarter of this century. I’ve been trying to remember all the names that Tim Blanks morphed into when we worked together back in the 80s. Of course Jim Banks is the one people still use today, but Miss Tina Bland and Kim Brandy were definitely two of my favourites. To me, you’re just my guy, Tim Blanks (or Huey, you are Baby Huey).
