Ya girl has been eating GOOD 👀

@turfsurfandearth Breakfast never disappoints 🍳

My Saturday morning staple, I’m not kidding when I say I wake up thinking about this meal! @traderjoes chicken sausage I’m obsessed!

@oatsovernight Tbh all their flavors are tasty. Super easy to prepare and eat when in a hurry and still want something filling.

@buffinbakery Strawberry Tart Burst 💥
I can never turn down a buffin hehe

@vacchianofarm When all else fails, a marinated chicken breast is plenty which I dip in whatever marinara sauce I have at home.

@traderjoes Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese 🧀
I loveeee the cheesiness and fall flavors

@yasso These have been a nice ice cream swap for me by @jen_ferro

One of my favorite parts of being a trainer is the relationships I build with my clients. I take pride in being someone they can rely on and knowing I genuinely want to see them succeed.

Yes, you hired me to help guide you with exercise and nutrition, but there’s SO much more to it than that. Everyone comes in with different goals, struggles, insecurities and things they’re working through, and I want them to know there’s room for ALL of it.

Of course I love seeing physical progress, but watching someone grow in confidence and realize what they’re capable of will never get old to me. ♥️ by @jen_ferro

October last year vs. current 🥹

I’m a true upper body girlie, so I’ve been keeping my head down and focusing on maintaining the upper body composition and strength I love while really putting in the work to grow my legs.

Based on this side by side, I’d say we’re doing just that! Pretty neat that I weigh about the same in both photos but look different. That’s body recomp babbyy 💪🏻

A little reminder to trust the process, take the progress photos and videos, and stop putting so much value on the number on the scale!! Sometimes the progress is happening right in front of you even when the scale doesn’t change. 🤍 by @jen_ferro

I came across this practice where you stand in front of a mirror look at yourself for a few minutes and just notice what thoughts come to mind.

So I tried it…

I quickly became emotional and just looking at myself turned into actually talking to myself. Reflecting on who I am, the way I see myself and all the things that make me “me” that have nothing to do with how I look.

We spend so much time looking in the mirror at what we can see. This made me think about everything about myself that I can’t. 💕 by @jen_ferro
