October last year vs. current 🥹

I’m a true upper body girlie, so I’ve been keeping my head down and focusing on maintaining the upper body composition and strength I love while really putting in the work to grow my legs.

Based on this side by side, I’d say we’re doing just that! Pretty neat that I weigh about the same in both photos but look different. That’s body recomp babbyy 💪🏻

A little reminder to trust the process, take the progress photos and videos, and stop putting so much value on the number on the scale!! Sometimes the progress is happening right in front of you even when the scale doesn’t change. 🤍
